The journey that has led me to and through Metalsmithing has been full of adventure, friendships, stretching and learning. Living on the Southwest coast of Florida as well as growing up on the coast of Massachusetts has influenced a lot of my work with such things as gravitating toward colors of the gulf or sea glass from back home.
Lately I have been honored to be involved with the movement toward equality for Black folks, lifting up and lending a helping, loving hand. Making statement pieces with great meaning. Learning and listening to create changes in myself and others.
